This company is so far ahead of the curve, it's not even funny. They are not a quantum computer company. They literally are the entire sector. No company is anywhere close. Best hardware design and tech. Best nascent entanglement networking tech. Best relationship in the coding community. Best business and governments relationships thus far. It's game over. Just a waiting game at this point. Don't sell a single share, gents.

No problem - just a typo. Actually 2026 is better as it means the warrants have a longer run before expiry.

The way Schwab displays the tile of the IONQ warrants it would appear that they expire in 2026. Are you sure about 2025?

Yup. True A.I. will not be possible without quantum computing. What they are doing now is cute, and people are spazzing out over it ... but it's essentially nothing more than smart software that cannot run fast enough on classical computers. For industries and sectors to truly embrace A.I. and learning softwares for business, quantum computing will be an 100% necessity.

Agreed. I am holding. The AI sector (which I see this as part of) is taking off. NVDA, ARM, and others in the sector are skyrocketing right now.

I am not interested in swing trading this ticker. This is a buy and hold for like 10-15 years kind of deal. This company could be the next Microsoft, Apple or Amazon. I am either going to go broke or become wealthy.

Seems a little quiet in here. I made some money with the EOY, when it bumped up over 14.

Churn in markets right now makes me think it might be a good time to pick it up again.

I agree. The A.I. industry needs quantum computing. Regular classical computers don't have the computing power to get it done. I suspect there is a lot of A.I. apps and software that is waiting for computers that are small enough and fast enough to do the on-the-fly calculations. That's where IonQ comes in. If they can deliver AQ64 in 2025, watch out. I suspect the fireworks for IonQ to start around 2026. But that is way faster than the 2030-2035 timeline that everyone is assuming. This sector is moving a lot faster than expected, and it's all because of IonQ. They lead the pack by several years. This company is going to have a trajectory like Microsoft in the '90s, or Apple in the '00s. We are all millionaires if we have the balls to hold our shares.

Earnings and all the good news about AQ35 and AQ64 were already revealed previously, so this earnings report is just a confirmation about things investors already knew about, like the Air Force contract. It's great that IonQ has earnings. It's more proof that they are literally years ahead of any competition. But the big sea change in computing is still years out. But that doesn't mean IonQ can't explode in share price before that, as the business world realizes that IonQ is THE best horse on the racetrack. Best computer design. Most scaleable. Conforms with current server centers. And IonQ is already neck-deep with the coding and software world, as as domestic and foreign government agencies, and foreign nations. This is the next Microsoft. Anyone that can hold their shares will be a millionaire by about 2030. Guaranteed.

My departure from lonQ stems from my realization that I am better equipped on the research side of our activities, and I thought the best way forward there was to continue my academic lab pursuits at Duke. lonQ continues to license all the IP we generate at the university, so in that sense there is not much of a change.

I agree. I have no fear about IONQ's long term success. The whole market is getting taken down because of Ukraine and now Israel. America is bleeding billions every week to both countries now. Any time that happens, people get freaked and start liquidating their positions, which causes panic selling, which causes stop losses to be triggered, which causes more panic selling. Then the shorts start preying on companies. The markets are so dumb it hurts.

Shutdown averted. Which is what likely caused the markets to dump last week. I expect a rebound this week.

RGTI named as one of the developer of game-changing quantum computing businesses. and further said If investors are looking for hefty returns, they should check these stocks out and look to hold for the long-term. On the other hand they left out IONQ in the list which is running up like there is no limit to IONQ upside move.

Great day today. The sea change in computing, transitioning from classical to quantum, is still years off .... but investors don't care, especially in Europe and Asia, where they actually have some forward vision for technology, not like the dumbasses in this country. People want into this opportunity now, even if AQ35 is a a year away (maybe less) and AQ64 is a few years away. Because they know when those milestones are hit, the share price will sky rocket and never really come back down. Hold strong, gents. You will never get your shares back in the years to come, unless you want to pay hundreds of dollars PER SHARE.

Good sector day.....today....

Doesn't interest me much, because it's already a mature technology and company, so to speak. So there is nowhere to go but sideways or down, really. Also, I tend to stay away from hyped up IPOs, as they often crash hard after the IPO date and you can can get shares for much, much cheaper a few months later. I am not starting any new positions right now anyway, so I tend to not look into things too hard, because I wouldn't be buying shares anyway. I've been doing a lot of house improvements this year, so I have been standing pat on my portfolio because of it. I may start buying again in 2024, though.
