I agree, from where I am, the USA looks in danger of breaking into a bunch of little countries instead of anything that is “united” that is not having cannabis in the mix at all. I feel there are better opportunities elsewhere. Tilray is exposed to hundreds of millions of potential customers. US companies have only access to 1 state at a time. Who wants to build a seed to sale supply line for 30 million people (or whatever Cali population is) maximum? It is not good business. The more I see the US sabotage itself the more I like non US companies. It is like they are losing on purpose

I am asking because if is a wrongful thought to believe USA is the kingdom of marijuana business. Cali is not the only place, you said it, they are global, they can benefit somewhere else that doesn’t have to wait for a petty federal legalization to be freely operational. Tilray is a Canadian company and has operations globally. They will benefit (imo) from any forward movement in the US since they are legally listed on US boards. I have not bothered with them till now. I am impressed with what they are doing. They are able to grow and distribute across the whole country so they have better access to population of 32 million than companies in Cali. They are also positioning in the USA because they have liquor distribution and are already branding 420. Their products are effective and have good presence. I am a fan of their vapes and their cbd/cbg capsules keep my fam’s pain at bay
