Cann American Corp. (the “Company”) is filing this Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 (the “Form 12b-25”) with respect to its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended May 31, 2023 (the “Quarterly Report”). The Company has determined that it is unable to file the Quarterly Report within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. The reason for the delay is that in connection with the integration of recent acquisitions, the Company has been unable to timely compile all information for the financial statements and related disclosures required to be included in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended May 31, 2023.
